The environment is nice. Really helpful staff. I have a problem on order thru apps. This one girl named wani help me to order and sort out my issue on nandos apps. Thanks dear. will come back again to this branch.

10/10!! This branch is exceptional. The staff truly go over and beyond to ensure customers really enjoy their meal. Very patient, friendly, helpful and professional. Our food was just amazing. Honestly, it was so so good! The chicken was actually extra saucy as requested which most branches across the world (not only KL) don't understand lol. I live in London, UK and can honestly say this was the best Nando's I have ever tried. The Chicken Chop was a lovely piece of chicken thigh (bone-in). It was juicy, cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful. The Extra Hot flavour I chose was spicy but with a hint of lemon which I really enjoyed! Garlic Pita is something I've never had before as the Nando's in UK does not sell it, but it was so so good. Better than any Garlic Bread!! Chicken Tenders were also great! A very family friendly area with other food around in the food court, but just eat here lol! It is on Level 6 of SOGO Mall.

It is delicious and the chicken is warm and fresh Just the air condition is also warm.
