This is a very nostalgic and old school eatery. Remind me of the time my grandma still makes the fried pancakes. Between the porridge and pancakes I would strongly suggest to go for the porridge. Plenty of little clams and the flavour is so rich with mince meat, seafood and fried shallot. The indoor seating could be a little “oven” compared to the outdoor seating. Toilet was descent. Ideal time is come after the firefly trip for supper. About 9pm it’s not so packed.

A place for light dinner as they are selling few types of porridge, noodle soup and dim sum, the signature menu is their Lala Porridge, Fried Lala Omelette and Mee Hun Kuey. Food taste superb and the price is affordable.

I love its lala porridge. Also tried the fried pancake lala. Nice and friendly owner too. Easy to locate this place. Just by the roadside, before a pedestrian bridge. Go there early and conveniently parking by the roadside.
