Three stalls in this CoffeeShop that I patronize: Meat Noodles (facing the car wash), Hailam Chicken Rice and Char Kueh Teow at the rear shop facing the traffic junction. Good stuff.

the price of food here is reasonable, alot of small vendors to choose from, ranging from Chinese local food to Thai food, can give a try

Parking is okay easy to find in the area, it is just jam and cars moving too slowly. Always come here for the pork noodle soup, cant go wrong with that. The cham is also nicely made
