Banting, Selangor, Malaysia｜Banting Toddy Joint (Chelliah Toppu)

It’s a bit of a trip, but it’s worth it. Getting there is a little tricky, better use your GPS. Once you’re there, go to the back of the building and you’ll be greeted with an open dining area in an al-fresco setting complete with oil palm trees. The curries here are superb. Get the wild boar, mutton curry and any o for other specials. The other highlight is the toddy, a palm liquor which is sweet and can be deceiving in its alcohol content!

Good service - food and beverage comes fast. Great atmosphere - a place for friends to catch up; authentically Malaysian and off the beaten track. Good food too - tried crocodile and iguana for the first time. Curries are thick and tasty.

Nice place to chill out your friends were calling there’s a very nice not that hot here they’re open from 10 am to 6 pm. Many parking space here. Will come back for more
