UPDATED. 6Apr22 Vietnamese stall is open but managed by the boss as worker went back Vietnam. My son's favourite is the chicken rice. Roasted pork skin is crispy and the sauce is sweet. Salmon fish head noodle and pan mee are popular too. Hakka mee is good too. Cham O ice is good mixture.. must try! The steamed Pau is very fresh!! Daily steamed by Mdm Patricia.

4 stars for the Salmon belly without milk. The extra 1 star is for the other excellent varieties for those like me, who doesn't exactly enjoy fish. I definitely will return and bring those who'd love the salmon belly. Come early to avoid crowd ;)

There is a stall called Yap Chan Fish Head Noodle. Their fried Salmon Belly is nice.
