Nice lunch spot. Comfortable place to have lunch thanks to the AC. Service was great, the waiter was super well mannered. Tea and coffee was great too. Food was OK, nothing extraordinary but decent. Price is reasonable. Parking plenty. Recommended lunch spot

Common kopitiam food but with air-conditioned. Giving you a comfortable cool when you order a hot authentic prawn noodles. Taste good and decent with reasonable price.
