Had dinner here with my mother. She’s a bit choosy for makanan kampung. But this one, approved. We tried: 1. Kerabu mangga. Fresh and full of taste. Very nice. Anchovies were so crispy. 2. Ayam Berlado. The chicken was a bit overcooked. But still the sambal cili covered its weaknesses. Good also. 3. Sup tulang. Tenderness was great. Taste also delicious. Will repeat next time. Not too spicy but you can taste the spiciness. 4. Daging salai masak lomak. Tantalizingly delicious. My mom likes it. She wants to repeat again. Not too spicy, also no msg detected. No onion I guess even a bit over turmeric but my mom likes it. The most important part, the smoked taste. Very nice. Overall. Everything was great. Not expecting price to be cheaper since we have to appreciate the effort of the team to cook heritage food perfectly. Appreciate their effort please. It’s hard nowadays to get makanan kampung at this good I guess especially for a cafe/restaurant like this. Keep up the good work 👏 *Chef was so friendly, he greeted my mother. Thank you Chef.

They serve classic authentic Malay food from pekasam, masak lemak, asam pedas and sambal udang etc. The dishes are served hot straight from the kitchen to eat with hot rice, the best! Taste wise, it's like eating home made food from mum's / grandma's kitchen. Every dish we ordered taste authentic and Kampung like, simply the best! Highly recommended and definitely worth subsequent visits!

Quite hard to find good legit food like this, nak pergi lubuk bangku n hayyan huda jauh, staying nearby eco majestic, so glad now get the chance to eat lauk nogori, so good, I believe this place going to be viral soon, 10/10 food and service, gonna be my favourite spot to eat..
