Overall good. A little noisy due to it being single lot and good business. Nice deco. Fast service. Had roast pork porridge and roast pork + char Siew combo side dish. Roast pork was good but char siew was too sweet. Inexpensive considering the environment

The environment is nice and the coffee tastes good. The barbecued pork at Yan Ran Ecstasy Rice is delicious, but the lard residue is too soft and not crispy enough, otherwise it would be perfect. The roasted pork skin is crispy and delicious. The price is reasonable.

Lots of variety here and very tempting to try everything in the menu and they also have dim sum. Lots of parking around. Very helpful staff. A few modes of payment are available. Reasonably priced with quality ingredients
