I was too impressed by first main course 佛跳墙, 富贵佛跳墙;如意又富贵. The serving exceeded expectation by providing ample and generous premium quality seafood. Going above and beyond to ensure every guest left fully satisfied. Beside 佛跳墙, I particularly enjoyed 秘制排骨 (*If I’m not wrong with the name) bring me a great appetite and bursting with flavor! 地茂馆 offered wide variety of Chinese dishes. Every detail reflect a commitment to excellence that bring Chinese cuisine to a whole new level. I will definitely visit again! Last but not least, we were surprised by the guest from next table, mentioned 地茂馆 suppose to rank number 1 Chinese Cuisine in KL! What a waste I knew it only today!

The chef's recommendation is the Toli Shad fish dish, which is said to be cooked for 10 hours before being served at the table. The remarkable thing is that you can consume the fish entirely, including the bones. What's noteworthy is that you can consume the entire fish, including the bones, without any risk of choking. The next recommended dish is the prawn. It's mentioned that the accompanying sauce is their specialty, but I found it to be just okay. The vegetable dish is quite refreshing. Overall, it was a good dining experience, especially with the fish. The prawn sauce might be slightly overrated.

The food was exceptional. The restaurant is very cosy. The restaurant was packed during my visit so reservation ahead is recommended. Food portion is rather big. Will definitely visit again to try other dish.
