The go-to spot for all my family gatherings. Food is great and the standards are always maintained to be at tip-top quality. At the helm of this amazing food and service is Caris and her team, never fails to provide for anything and everything. Definitely recommend to come here for any social gatherings as all the rooms are private too🤭

I was first introduced to Rakuzen by my then girlfriend (now wife) in 2012. Back then she was staying in SS15 Subang Jaya and the outlet was located at the nearby shoplots facing SJMC. Because of the quality of their dishes and their wonderful service Rakuzen quickly became one of our top dining spots if we wanted to celebrate. Fast forward to 2023, and now we have a Rakuzen closer to home located at KL East Mall and I'm very happy to say that the quality of service and the food is just as great as it was back then. We are picky eaters and we love to try all sorts of food but when it comes to Japanese cuisine Rakuzen will be our go to restaurant. The prices are also relatively affordable and to get even better food you would have to go to Kampachi, Nobu and the sorts that comes with the higher price tags. Since it's opening in KL East Mall we have become regulars at the restaurant and the manager Caris Leong has been a wonderful host to me and my family from day one. Often I would call her and ask to make last minute reservations and she will never decline and try her best to accomodate us. This sort of relationship is what brings back the customers. No doubt there are plenty of Japanese eateries in Kuala Lumpur but if you want to eat good Sushi or Sashimi paired with fantastic service then I highly recommend you try Rakuzen. But I warn you, it's going to be hard for you to settle for anything less once you do.
