I had an exceptional experience at the LA PROVENCE restaurant in Johor Bahru. The French cuisine was truly exquisite, matched by impeccable service and a delightful ambience. The combination of flavors in the dishes was outstanding, and the attention to detail by the staff was commendable. What's even more remarkable is that all of this comes at great value for money. It's not often that you find such a wonderful blend of quality and affordability. I left the restaurant thoroughly satisfied and looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience!

Steak was nicely charred on the outside and beautifully executed to a perfect medium rare as requested. Special shout-out for the daily specials, Cream of potato soup with bacon, that was spectacular too and should definitely be added regular menu. Roasted chicken with Rosemary was succulent and sauces were on point. Though I must say that Margherita pizza was slightly lacking. Everything else was great, service crew were friendly and attentive. Overall a great dinner and will definitely be back to try more dishes.

We came on a Tuesday evening for dinner and it was quite quiet... practically had the place to ourselves. Why this place is not more popular is baffling, because everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, cheerful and courteous. Mae was particularly wonderful and she was really great with us. The crockery were unique and cute with interesting prints. Everything was very pretty and cosy about the atmosphere. The food is priced a little bit on the high side but understandably so. I had foie gras as my appetizer and a fresh handmade pasta with cream and girolles mushrooms... the portion of both dishes were absolutely enormous! The grilled peaches with the thick, generous slices of foie gras were also a really nice touch. Husband had chicken liver pâte and a steak... everything also in huge portions and very delicious. We had a really great experience here and would love to come back for another visit, for sure.
