We like to have our meals during odd hours in order to avoid the crowd. Just as well we had dinner here at 430pm, because I saw in the reviews section how crowded it can get as night falls. The young staff were exceptionally polite so there was an immediate feel good factor before we even sat down. While browsing the menu, I noticed the red table cloths were spotlessly clean. I really appreciate restaurants that put in effort to give diners a clean environment, so that's another point added. The steamboat fish head seems to be a local favourite. They were certainly not stingy, filling the satisfyingly tangy savoury soup with loads of vegetables and deep fried fish. Hence I think the smallest serving is big enough to feed 3-4. Mid way through our meal and without us asking, the attentive staff topped up the soup too. Delicious food, value for money, great service. I've added this place to my list of favorite restaurant already. I'll be back!

Love the fish head. Best for my liking. But the lala is too dark for my liking.

Spacious eating place though non Aircon. Excellent service from staff. Perhaps due to lull period (around 1400). Quality of food was excellent.
