I wish this spot is in adequate shop that will be the go-to Satay station in JB. I'm a frequent customer each time I visit Permas Jaya. Excellent Satay !

This is my first time ordering from them. 10 beef and 5 chickens, the beef is tender and nicely marinated. The peanut sauce is finely grind and have a special herbal taste from normal peanut sauce. The price is reasonable. It is a road side stall, amble of car park and can stop by for a dine in or take away.

The taste was really good to max! Owner very friendly and gave good service. Alot of parking space. If brings kids please take care of them.
