I appreciate the effort to control the cooking time so that the noodle stays springy everytime. Loves the liver, you have to order of it. The size is big so I'd recommend you go for the small one first.

Used to be $2.70, prices has increased. I'm still satisfied with the taste of bak chor mee offered here. Family members often come here or place delivery orders. Curious, isn't vegetable supposed to be offered as part of the dish?
