Singapore｜Face Ban Mian

There's a queue most of the time so decided to give it a try. There are quite a number of other things on their menu like 酸辣粉 (spicy sour noodles), fish soup, braised pork rice (卤肉饭) and gyoza. Got myself a bowl of pork belly you mian (dry). Toss the noodles well coz the chilli and sauce were sitting at the bottom. Tasted good and not too spicy. The minced meatballs were bouncy and there are chicken bits inside as well. The soup was scalding hot so be careful when sipping. Egg was placed in the soup with runny yolk. Nice.

The noodles were really tasty and I love the addition of meatballs and pork belly. Usually not a fan of meatballs, which i found too hard and dry, but these were FRESHLY made and juicy(: Only downside was the queue which is ~30mins at lunch. Bottleneck being they only cook 2 portions each time which could be improved if they had another set of induction cookers. Glad they didnt compromise their quality for speed tho!
