More Comments at Google MapIf you're in Singapore and looking for a taste of famous handmade noodles, this restaurant is a must-visit. Renowned for their delectable noodles, it's no surprise that this place gets busy during peak hours, so be prepared to wait for a seat. Trust me, though, the wait will be worth it. One of the highlights of dining at this establishment is the quality of their soup. Bursting with flavors, the soup is rich and satisfying, complementing the noodles perfectly. Whether you prefer a clear broth or a hearty, flavorful soup base, they have options to cater to all tastes. The noodles themselves are the star of the show. Handmade with precision and care, they possess a delightful chewiness that sets them apart. Every bite is a textural delight, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend trying out the food at this restaurant. From the heavenly soup to the toothsome noodles, they offer a combination that is sure to satisfy your cravings.
Best ban mian in my opinion. Ordered U Mian for both the soup and dry version to try, and like how both tasted different from each other, yet both were nice. The soup for the dry version had a slightly different taste, and was silky probably because of the egg they put in. The black sauce and Noodles were good, and even nicer when u add the chilli. The soup version was nice on its own, and even nicer when u add the chilli into it. 100% will patronise this place again.
Ban Mian is nice indeed but wouldn’t say it’s the number 1 as they claim. Very decently priced food, tastes good and didn’t have to wait too long. Ngoh hiang stall was closed. Ordered You Mian but they got my order wrong and gave me Mee Hoon Kueh instead. The lady boss was apologetic but I told her it’s ok - the noodles taste pretty much the same anyway and I think the highlight is still the broth and meat. I prefer the soup version to the dry ban mian - dry ban mian is only dark sauce doesn’t come with chilli default and you have to add your own chilli which is what they give for the soup. Still ok but just not what you would expect from dry chilli pan mee. Limited parking is available along the lorongs. Will come back again when I’m in the area craving for ban mian.
