They do serve up some amazing dry signature chilli ban mian, and it's extremely enjoyable. The noodles are hand-made with the machine in their stall, which gives the noodles a different springy texture profile. The minced pork and ingredients all add up to the overall experience, while the chilli wraps around everything. Mind you, the chilli is spicy, so "extra spicy" should be taken with some caution. Personally I'd likely go for normal-spicy the next time round, to enjoy the overall flavor profile a fair bit more. At most, add some chilli padi on the side if you'd like.

Order the signature chilli ban mian. The home make ban mian is of the right texture, the meat ball is tasty and the gong yuan is juicy. The soft boil egg gave the ban mian a smooth texture. The sweet black sauce and the special made chilli gave the bowl of ban mian a special kick.

Yummy dry Chilli Ban Mian! Nice, and slightly sweet sauce with lots of minced pork and 3 meatballs. Ban Mian texture was just right, not too chewy. The $5 portion was already very filling. The lady at the stall was nice and friendly too 👍
