More Comments at Google MapThis is probably the best Laksa I have eaten in Taiwan recently! The shop is small and doesn’t sell many items, but today I ordered Laksa noodles, barbecue rice, purple rice and red bean milk, and kaya toast, all of which were delicious! Laksa noodles are the best I have eaten recently, far better than the famous one in Ximending. The soup is very rich, the ingredients are generous, and the spiciness is not too spicy. It will be very suitable if you come to eat in winter! The BBQ rice is not the same as the BBQ you imagined. It is more like a three-layer braised pork rice. It tastes sweet but is quite delicious. The sauce is delicious when poured on the rice. The kaya toast is different from what I had in Malaysia. The toast itself is not that flat and the taste of the kaya sauce is a little different, but it is still delicious. There are a lot of ingredients in the purple rice and red bean milk, and you have to dig it up at the end to eat it all. Overall, 10 points recommended!
It tastes really good! Laksa noodles and Nanyang curry rice are both delicious, and the kaya sauce toast with butter is delicious. Barley water, refreshing and relieving greasiness. The interior decoration is simple but unambiguous, and the dining space is comfortable.
Nice little neighborhood eatery. Portions used to be a on small side but after this whole Covid lockdown and takeout only, the bento portion seems bigger than before. At least the pork dish and chicken curry. Both my favorites. Their wings aren’t bad either (wasn’t on the menu before). Gonna check out their chili crab sauce with buns next time.
