Followed recommendation to here and wasn’t disappointed. Situated in the hawker center, you can just tell the popularity of this laksa stall from the long queue. The laksa stock tasted awesome and seasoned appropriately with each flavour in laksa balanced. And the siam on top also tasted fresh.Strongly recommend.

First bowl of authentic laksa in 10 years and it doesn't disappoint. I think I got the bottom of the soup as my first bowl had charcoal flavour, where as my second bowl had less depth.

This flavorful noodle soup is considered one of the national dishes of Singapore, and with just one spoonful, it's easy to see why. The base of Singaporean Laksa is a creamy, coconut milk curry broth that simmers for hours to allow the flavors to meld together. It has the perfect balance of savory, spicy, and tangy. The broth is incredibly aromatic, redolent of spices like coriander, garlic, and ginger. My bowl was loaded with shrimp, tofu, slices of fish cake, bean sprouts, blood cockles. The mix of textures and flavors in each bite is incredible. I added a squeeze of lime and a dash of sambal chili paste to my laksa to spike it with extra vibrancy and heat. The tangy, citrusy, and spicy elements all balanced together for a symphony of flavors in my mouth. The flavors are so rich, fragrant, and complex that each mouthful is a new experience. This iconic Singaporean dish has earned its place among one of thr world's great noodle soups.
