Singapore｜阿發面粉粿 (Ah Huat Mee Hoon Kueh)

I have followed this stall through last 2 locations shift, still as good. The You Mian is not the floury type. Their prawns freshness have improved. (There's a time when I only order the basic bowl) prices have risen but understandable as ingredients, rent and utilities have increased too

Had a less salty and no dry fishes version! Mee hoon kuay is evenlythin and tender. Not overcook and just perfect. It is delicious, yummy and better than average Mee Hoon Kuay!

Everyone has their own favourite mee hoon kueh. This is mine. I just love the mild simple but fresh taste of the soup and the mee hoon kueh is hand pulled. My friend then introduced me to the sheng mian. And it was another fall in love dish. Personally, when I was in Seletar, I would still detour to Yishun to eat this stall! It's a no brainer for me what I want to eat if I'm in Yishun!
