Singapore｜Macpherson Hai Sing Kway Chap 麥波申海星粿汁

It is lighter version of kway chap but the flavour are there and taste good. All the intestines are well clean and not awful smell and taste. Not for those who prefer heavy flavour. Love the 生肠 which is crunch and springy., not many stalls offer these nowadays. This is definitely not a kway chap stall for anybody, but is among the favourite kway chap stalls of mine.

Food is so tasty even after I tabao back! Circuit breaker period! Whole family - 2 elderly, husband & wife, helper & 3 children love it! 😍

Finding seat is a drag, but more or less worth it. Fresh ingredients, with killer chilli. That chilli is the perfect combo for a good kway chap.
