Singapore｜Shen Ji Teochew Kway Teow Fishball Noodle Soup

My wife loves the soup and I love the Pork Lard. Nice environment, very peaceful and windy. Only issue is this irritating old man who sat there and keep knocking non stop on the table with a metal disc. Totally spoilt the mood. Hope if the owners are reading this can stop him in future. Thanks

The pork lard is so so succulent and crispy. The flavour is all over the mouth. It shouts out so well. Liked the Tau Pok and Fish Ball soup...great fish paste.

Al dente noodles cooked to perfection. Sambal is fragrant. The noodles mixed with the fresh crispy pork lard and the sambal is worthy for a trip just to try it. Loved the taupok with fish meat as well. Definitely coming back again for late night dinner.
