Singapore｜Huat Kee Kway Chap

Had a very enjoyable kway chap experience here despite having it as breakfast instead of the usual lunch or dinner affair 😂. The soup was less strong compare to most kway chap as the soup was made from the combo of rice water and stew, hence, explains the color and taste. The ingredients made up mostly of the usual pork intestines, meat, bean curd, egg, and pig skin. It was cut delicately, pretty refined for a kueh chap. The pig skin was fried before it was cooked together with the rest of the ingredients, different from the usual smooth pig skin found on a regular kwaychap. One serving cost around $6 and kway is between $0.50/0.80 depending on the size.

The food is okay and a lot of malay peoples here so easy for you guys who likes malay food and they also have so many different kind of shop.

Good kway chap around Yishun neighborhood. Portion quite big for 2 person. However be prepared to wait for 30 mins to 1 hour.
