All the seafood in the mixed seafood rice noodles are of good quality - although lala has a thin shell, the meat is very large and plump; sotong is very tender; the fish fillet is firm but still soft; the shrimp is very large, with a solid texture but not pink; the crab Surprisingly fresh and easy to eat. And the overall portion is sufficient, so it's a pleasure to eat. The fried fish fillets with shrimp paste are not only particularly plump and tender in texture, but also seasoned with shrimp paste and very crispy on the outside. The quality of the fried soft-shell crabs is also excellent. Although they are small, their flesh is plump. It has the unique flavor of soft-shell crabs in the crab legs and the softness and moistness of the flesh, without any fishy smell. On this basis, the base flavor pickled with turmeric is also quite interesting. Overall, the seasoning of everything and the freshness of the seafood are above par.

The grouper fillet seafood noodles was splendid. Absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Tried the fishhead noodles too and it was also good. Fried dumplings (prawn filling) is must try. There are around 20-30 workers. So one can expect how good the food is.

Go there during non peak hours because I'm afraid I need to queue very long. Staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. They will explain to you on how to order if you come here for the first time. Ordered signature fish head noodles, not bad, fish very fresh, but a little bit fishy, depends personal preference. Recommend the Hainan Kopi too.
