Malacca, Malaysia｜Sun Yew Restaurant 三友鱼米

Visited Malacca recently, just passed through the restaurant, I’ve been there around 6pm, it was very quiet time. I tried many places selling Fish Paste Noddle, but all of them were okay, I can say Sun Yew is the best restaurant is selling Fish Paste Spicy Noodle Soup. Highly recommend. My friend in Malacca recommended me to come here to eat. I chose the classic and ordinary fish head rice noodles. Usually, if a chef is capable or not, he can try his most common food. He will know his strength once he tries it. Usually, he doesn’t like to drink rice noodle soup. I finished it because most soups are too salty and greasy, but this one is not! The salty sweet and sour is just right~ Pair it with his secret chili sauce, and you will have an extra bowl before you know it. The price is worth it! I will come back to try other flavors!

Their curry fish noodles is superb! I would go back there just for that dish alone!
