One of 'The Best' authentic nyonya dumpling I have ever had, reminds me of what my mum used to make when I was young. I could drive all the way from Johor whenever I'm craving for it. Must try if you ever come to Melaka!

Melaka's most famous nyonya-style glutinous rice dumplings or Chang. Folks from all over Malaysia and Singapore have come all the way to purchase and bring them home as gifts or for own pleasure. The minced meat in the dumplings have a distinctive sweet and savoury taste. The dumplings also have distinctive blue marbling due to the pea flower's stain.
