Singapore｜Shi Xiang Satay 适香沙爹

We love satay in all its forms and couldn’t wait to start devouring as many as we could find on our trip to SEA. Our first stop was here on the recommendation of some Singaporean local friends - and they weren’t wrong. The satay was grilled to perfection, and the accompanying peanut sauce with pineapple was something special. As a side bonus we ordered rice cakes wrapped in pandan leaves, which were really yummy slathered with the peanut sauce. Highly recommended.

Definitely one of the best satay in Singapore. The pork and chicken satay are well marinated and very tasty. The meat is barbecue at the right heat and timing. Meat are brown but not burnt and is tender and juicy. The meat portion is quite generous compared to other stalls. Service is quick and efficient. Will definitely return to have more of the delicious satay.

Possibly my favourite satay in Singapore. The sauce is amazingly addictive too. They only serve pork and chicken though, so do take note!
