Singapore｜HE JIA HUAN BAN MIAN MEE HOON KWAY

One of our favorite noodle store in SG. It’s always very warming to have this in the tummy after a tiring day. Waiting time in Q is pretty decent thou you may have to wait longer during peak hours such as lunch or dinner time. It would be even better if they have islandwide delivery (Grab doesn’t send so far too) or that their operating hours are open till even later!

Yummy. Tried their dried style ban mian non spicy. It's abit like eating thick mee pok with black sauce gravy. Now I know why my kids like this stall dried version. I added the chilli (used for dipping) into the noodles to spice it alittle bit and it tasted just nice. My go to noodle ban mian stall in redhill!

Flavourful broth. Definitely more savoury, seasoned and strong than other banmian broth around. If you are into those, you will love this! They gave a lot of ingredients too, even pork meat slices, which is rare. Price is cheap too!
