Malacca, Malaysia｜Siang Ge Mee Hoon Kueh 祥哥面粉糕

Here’s my review for 祥哥。 Finally got to try, after 4th visit to Malacca. Kueh isn’t thick. Spongy good 👍 Soup is 清 you won’t feel thirsty means no MSG. Even green chili were cut to thin slices 好用心。 If there’s option to add egg or tau kee even best. Probably I din know of this option yet. Though shop is under-staff but patrons were automatic. They are used to the system of self-service with utensils. Biz is pretty good with flow of customers keep coming in. Will be back for more next time !!

Their signature dish is mee hoon kueh, both dry and with soup. I also like the hainanese coffee..very kaw! Their mee suah also good. Besides, they also serve nasi lemak and beverages like fresh fruit juice. It will be good if the restaurant opens a little earlier to serve breakfast. As of now, it opens at about 10.30am. The restaurant feel spacious and it is very comfortable dining here. Price is very reasonable!

The minimalist decor restaurent with the best mee hoon kueh in Melaka, adding their sambal is a must. Be patient to get the foods and drinks. Plenty parking space outside the restaurant.
