Singapore｜Madam Leong Traditional Ban Mian

Heard a lot from social media and has wanted to try for long if not for the hard parking there. Finally got to try it, the noodle was just nicely cooked and with a fried egg which normally other stalls will just crack and put it in. Chilli was powerful with the black sauce. One of the best Ban Mian I ever tried.

The ban mian was good, once all the ingredients were mixed it had an interesting flavor profile. I liked the fried anchovies and veggies in it. Comes with soup on the side.

Ordered the Mee Hong Kway. The ingredients on the pasta compliment each other perfectly. The chili is good with an unique aroma. Very good!
