Singapore｜Ng Kuan Chilli Pan Mee

This is my first time, visit to Ng Kuan Chili Pan at 11 pm. I feel they are able to maintain the flavor, even though it's late at night. This is one of the best Pan Mee dishes i have ever tasted! I think you must come and try it!

The first time try. The different taste of noodle. I feel like noodle with lemak rice and chilli oil combination hehehe. But worth to try and the taste is nice. Also try the side dish and delicious. But my friend said its better dine in than take away, so the garlic are more crispy.We try the food take away. 8.5/10

Food - the chili was quite spicy, when you mixed fried shallots, garlic & anchovies together with the chili & noodle, the fragrance arose, it was very appetizing! Like what others said, the portion probably was good enough for a lady, for men they may want to addon noodle & meat (because there wasn't a lot of meat to go with the noodle) Service - The cashier was polite 👍 Location - Not easy to look for a parking lot, for table & seat, also took a while to get it, the shop is small, not very kid friendly Price - Slightly higher than the usual chili ban mian, spent about $21 for the meal.
