Flat, silky smooth noodles with consistent thickness throughout. The texture is perfect. Not too chewy nor too soft. Sambal chilli goes so well with the noodles.

One of the best dried ban main that I have tasted. The noodles are firm and the minced pork is so flavorful and tasty. Rather understated type of place but excellent food.
