My very first Qiu Lian Ban Mian was at 1 of the coffee shop at Pasir Ris in the early 1991. Today, I had it again at Lau Pau Sat with my daughter(20 yr old) and it's still tastes the same. The soup was flavorful, not too salty or blend. The noodles texture was al-dente! The mince pork still tasted the same like during the 90s. Definitely will patronize Qiu Lian stall again!

The noodles are a little subpar as compared to the normally wonderful quality of Qiu Lian, but I came for the broth and the minced meat. These are consistently good and never fails to satisfy.
