Random searching brought us here. The food was amazing. Both the lamb shoulder and lamb cutlets were nicely marinated and taste amazing. Even the carbonara pasta with smoked ducks was surprisingly nice. The environment was nice for a relaxing chill and meal. Will come here again if crave for lamb. Next time, will try the lamb shank, which was not available this time.

This place was introduced on socmed recently so we bookmarked to try them out. Situated in an old area of Port Klang, Waze brought us right to the door step of this place. A friendly wait staff greeted us and we were shown to our table. It was clearly a pub themed restaurant; the place had that old school vibe that most local western restaurants would have. It was decorated with memorabilia from the famous English football club Liverpool and also famous pictures of the likes of Elvis, Marilyn and Michael. Good selection available on their menu. Complimentary hot bread rolls were served. Also water bottle on every table which was a plus 👍🏼 Starter: French onion soup- this was more on the creamier and tomato based served with a slice of baguette with cheese on top. Flavour wise it was good. The sliced onions could have been abit more thinly sliced. Mains: Carbonara meatball pasta- pasta was ok. Wished there was more of the creamy sauce to the dish. Meatballs were juicy. Chicken chop a la Tavern- chicken was juicy and fried well served with a sauce on top, lovely piece of sunny side up with a generous helping of salad and fries Grilled NZ lamb cutlets- was sold by the photo in the menu. The actual dish was good but portion wise it was abit small. Presentation was on point. Meat was cooked well and served with a classic mint sauce. Overall the dishes here are good. There was a sense of nostalgia eating at places like this. What we enjoyed the most was how quiet the place was. Nothing beats a peaceful and quiet dining place whilst enjoying your meal. Will go back again to try out other dishes on the menu.
