More Comments at Google MapArrived just before 12 noon, too late for beef noodles which they stop serving by 10.30am. By the way, they are open from 6am to 1.45pm only. Had to settle for dry pork bee hoon but it did not disappoint. Portion was mid sized and the gravy was fragrant and flavourful. Do remember to add a dollop of their chilli sauce which somehow reminds me of Hainanese chicken rice chilli sauce. Within the plate you get about 8 slices of pork and two pieces of liver. Special mention for the liver because even though it was sliced thinly, it was not overcooked. Bit crunchy on outside and tender inside. The soup tastes very nice with bits of fried garlic and celery but it was a bit too salty for me. At RM7, this is a very good pork bee hoon, value for money. But those with bigger appetites, do feel free to add noodles. Service was polite and fast too!
Looking forward to their beef noodles everytime I go Kulai. Probably the best beef noodles.
The beef was so tender and fresh. There wasn't much fat or tendon either. I asked a friend who was with me how Malaysian restaurants manage to make food taste so good. He said Malaysian restaurants take the time and effort to prepare the ingredients before cooking the dish, the do not cut corners to make a bigger profit. They have the luxury of lower cost labor as well. So, there you go, this place makes food the way it should be made. Try it and judge the taste for yourself.
