Singapore｜Bugis BBQ and Hotpot

My go-to place for grilled spicy fish. I tried so many places but this one is still my favourite (plus they have Eatigo discounts (search Ming Tang Spicy Roast Fish). For seashell lovers they have a huge portion of it.

Nice food and a lot of choices on their buffet for midnight eaters looking for a place to satisfy your craving. Nice BBQ and hot pot place. Friendly and efficient waiter.

Ate here on a saturday late afternoon with my friend where there is no lunch crowd. Food: Ordered the non spicy frog dish with the veggy sides, rice, and four lamb skewer ( minimum 4 pcs). The skewer is nice, though it can be more juicy. Frog quantity is good for me, ingredients are fresh and frog sauce is delicious and not jelat. Service: Good, need to wait but if you want to eat good food u have to wait. I think the waiting time is acceptable, but not sure during dinner or lunch crowd it will be different. Atmosphere: Good, aircon is strong, area is clean. Price: Join their free membership and u get to order food at discounted price. I think it is acceptable price
