I really like this hawker center with a nice environment and many stalls. The last time I ate was the Stone New Year Pig’s Knuckle Rice at Bukit Canberra Hawker Center. Full of collagen 🥰 Remember to pair it with chili and coriander to maximize the deliciousness of the pig's trotter rice.

This place is very far from our place. It took about an hour by bus but we decided to be bit of adventurous on a Sunday :) Its layout is not the typical hawker center. It's arranged in several circles in an open space, giving fresh air. Today we tried Mala Beef noodle $5.50 and fried dumpling $6 from Zhong Quo noodle stall. I like it very much. The noodles are springy in a hot mala soup. Big portion too. They provide chili oil, chili in soy sauce, and ginger. Recommended.

Reasonable prices - $1.10 for teh-o kosong, $3 for kuay teow with two veggie items. Spacious building with extended roofs to shelter from the rain along the perimeter. Aesthetic design with thoughtful touches, such as tables with rounded edges instead of sharp corners, to minimise risk of bruises if one accidentally knocks against the edges. Ample signages, such as toilet signs, to help patrons find their directions Essential facilities are conveniently located, such as basins for washing hands and water coolers for refilling water bottles It is 10-15 minutes’ walk from Sembawang MRT station, so it is fairly accessible by public transport.
