Singapore｜Sim Lim Square Bak Chor Mee

First time trying this old brand bak chor mee. Noodle texture was perfect. Ingredients were fresh. Added dumplings to soup for extra 2 bucks. Noodle portion was just nice for my appetite. For big eater, probably need to add noodle.

Awesome BCM with crispy and flavourful fried wonton. The special garlic chilli condiment is nice too!

Best bak Chor mee ever!! I ordered the Signature. The noodle is those springy type. It is cooked to the right texture. Chili is also complement the noodle. They have another type of chili ( chili padi with garlic & soya sauce) where it’s at their counter and you can take as you like. It goes very well with their ingredients. I like spicy. My best combination is the fishball with this chili sauce. Talking about fishball, I cannot forget how Q it is. I’m afraid that once I dropped it, it will bounce to another table. Lol. The soup is also very sweet. It’s natural sweet and I asked for a second helping. They are very nice, no second words and refill for me. And asked me if it’s enough after they saw me burping after drinking their soup in one full mouth. Overall, I’m impressed by the service and not to mention their food. It’s worth the queue. Will definitely come again for more.
