Singapore｜Ah Poh Minced Meat Noodle

Although I have been to this Food Centre countless times, this is my first time trying from this stall. I must say it is comparable as compared to the other two stalls (or rather one) that I usually patronise. The noodle is firm, the broth is rich, and the minced meat just disintegrates in the mouth. The presentation could be better but I think that’s what exemplifies hawker food which may be unassuming in the look but big in the taste.

Omg!!! Such a delicious bowl of noodles. The broth is so clear and has a sweet meat taste. Hit the spot when I landed late from my flight from sfo to Singapore. Definitely want to come back again.

Bedok 85; known for their legendary Bak Chor Mee, this stall serves the best BCM in my personal opinion. Usually the credits are taken up the two stalls at the prominently front facing location. however i must say that Ah Poh Minced Meat Noodle is better than the other two. their noodles texture feels much more thicker, like ramen, and cheaper ($3+) than other stalls nevertheless, Bar Chor Mee is a must try when you are at Bedok 85! my personal recommendation is this stall, but you also can try the other stalls and they will be just as good as this one
