More Comments at Google MapMonth & Year: August 2023 Order & Price: 1. Lemon grass salad(Small) - RM35.00 2. Pineapple fried rice(Small) - RM15.90 3. Tomyum bihun soup - RM15.90 4. Tako - RM1.50 5. Durian mochi - RM7.60 (RM3.80/pc) 6. Iced water - RM1.80 (RM0.90) SST 6 % = RM4.66 Total amount= RM82.35 Taste: 1. Was sceptical about it tasted wood-ish but it's damn good. Every single part of the dish is well-balanced, with the dried shrimp being the star. A portion is enough for two people as an appetizer. Tad pricey though. 5 for taste, 3 for price. 4/5 2. One of the best pineapple fried rice I've eaten. Even better than Absolute Thai. Have 6 pieces of shrimp and the portion is enough for one. 5/5 3. Asked for less spicy, and the Cina dude (I guess the son of the owner?) double confirmed "kurang cili? Boleh2" which is totally the right decision. It's spicy but you won't be sweating on top of your head (just around your eyes) when sipping it all up. The bihun is A LOT, as much as the soup itself. Comes with 1 shrimp, almost ⅓ squid around 10cm in length, half of a small crab, loads of mushroom for RM15.90?? Damn worth every cent. 5/5 4. The tako is the weakest of all. It tasted...just okay. Creamy enough but less sweet. Maybe because I had it right away after the durian mochi. 3/5 5. Minimum order for this is 2 pieces but trust me, 1 is not enough. It is served almost frozen. It is quite hard to describe the texture but the mochi-ness is perfect for me. The filling is pure durian flesh that's almost frozen (a bit harded than soft-serve ice cream). 5/5 6. It's water lah. 90 cents per glass. Dunno if refillable or not. Didn't ask. Portion: Read above. Malas mau taip balik. Halal: Halal certified, although the certificate expires in 2019. I think there's another certificate inside near the counter that's current but didn't double check. Service: Attentive and friendly. Good suggestion of dishes (although I did go there having done my homework and knowing what to get). Payment method: QR Pay, Cash, Cards Ambiance: Cozy, cool enough, not too noisy, perfect distance between tables. Went for the chair with backrest instead of the kopitiam stool. My back is thankful for it. Parking: Nightmare but I got lucky. Can park at Leisure Mall nearby but it's like a 200m hike. Repeatability: Definitely will be back after the next paycheck.
It’s authentic Thai food! Some of the dishes are called without taking pictures. I think the fish sauce chicken wings and pineapple fried rice are particularly delicious🤩The others are also worth trying. I have never stepped on mine!
Excellent taste of Thai cuisine. Love the Lemongrass salad, pineapple fried rice and red ruby dessert. Other dishes are also great as well and they're generous with ingredients. Overall, great dining experience, just quite pricey
