One of the best San Lou Hor Fun around. Fresh fish, topped and tailed bean sprouts and perfectly "smokey" hor fun rice noodles. $7.60 per plate. Delicious!

Having been a denizen of Balestier for over a decade, I realize I have done a disservice by not having reviewed my go to place for Chinese food (being conveniently next door is a big reason why too) I have tried almost everything on the menu except those of the pork variety and I can safely say that you'll be pleased with the offerings here. It's not top notch but scores above average for almost all the dishes. Yes you may find better versions of anything and everything anywhere else... But think of this place like McDonald's.... But better! My weekly fix is their San Lau Hor Fun (Pictured) Don't expect comfy Michelin Restaurant seats or great service (they're super busy half the time) but expect to leave fulfilled.

I love the food here , cheap and good reasonable price and delicious . My favourite is Hor Fun 4.5 $ serving in a full plate , The aroma of rice noodles stir-fried is so nice.
