I decided to upgrade his rating to 5 stars instead of being judgemental because of his erratic operation hours. His new opening hours are Mon-Thursday from 3pm to 1030pm only, he no longer operates on weekends, perhaps spending time with his family! The consistency in the taste is evident! Told uncle that I am taking away & will only eat 2 hours later, he offer to cook the eggs instead of runny eggs! Very considerate & kind!
