Singapore｜91 Fried Kway Teow Mee 翠绿炒粿条面

This is one of those stall that I yearn from time to time. I call it fried kway teow with a healthy twist. I usually ask for extra vegetable and without cockles. It has a decent amount of wok hey and yet very moist from the broth they use. Very satisfying plate anytime.

It's a slightly different take on the dish, but I really liked it. Although there's not much wok hey, the flavor is perfect when paired with green veg and fried silver fish. There's something nonchalant about the stall owners, but it's not a deal breaker.

Love this CKT though it’s fried with vegetable oil and has lots of greens. The wok hei is good and I really love vegetables in my lunch. Overall it’s tasty and in a way healthy too. 🤪 Oh and it has ikan bilis and prawns too.
