Malacca, Malaysia｜The Kam Cheng 感情

Heard this place from my dad's friend. Tried it while we were here for the weekend and had a very pleasant experience. All dishes were very flavourful. Luckily we made reservation, otherwise may not get a place (especially during weekend). Sad we couldn't meet Chef Paul but we met the manager, Fabian who was very friendly & hospitable. We will definitely come back to try other dishes if we come to Melaka again.

Not a hardcore Peranakan foodie. But if this is the standard then I am a follower. Every meat ordered was softest to the touch. Only thing I could pick on was the dry laksa wasn't dry, dry. Taste was still awesome though.

Enjoyed Nyonya food with the family. Kids menu available. Long tables for big family. We ordered two each for a few dishes. We should have ordered different dishes instead … so this means we have to come back again! Recommended by JP.
