Their restaurant has just been renovated, so it looks relatively new and clean right now. They have even added a new entrance for customers coming from the main road. Food-wise, all is well. I will revisit. The prices are affordable, judging from the coziness of the environment and portion sizes. Sometimes, if you consider the quality of ingredients, portion sizes, and services, restaurants like this may only be 20-30% more expensive than the average hawker stall, as nowadays hawkers are increasing their prices significantly. Anyway, I have a few small recommendations for the restaurant. Please consider not using plates/bowls that have chips or cracks, and think about using a heavy-duty cleaning agent to remove the steel marks from the plates. The food and services are good. The waiters are attentive and polite, and the food is served in generous portions and looks clean.

Delicious dimsum, especially the polo bun and egg tart. The crispy siew yok is a must.
