Head chef/boss has 40 years of experiences in culinary. Himself was the one who recommended the 5 dishes we had. All tasted superb especially the fried pork and 3 taste chicken. He has his own recipe and that’s why they taste different. You can’t find anywhere else. Will definitely go back and try other dishes. Female boss served us good as well. Gave each of us, 6 persons, complementary herbal tea which taste great as well. She made it herself.

Ordered 3 dishes, fu yu yao mak, kam heong lala and steamed siakap for 2. The portion is just nice with 2 who are not big eater. The fish and lala taste fresh, the yao mak is nicely stir-fried with fu yu and not very salty. The yao mak is still crunchy. Love the kam heong which in my opinion is this far the nicest kam heong in town where you can taste nicely fried dried shrimp and pork lard. The taukeh soh is pro in introducing the ingredients available for the day. The speed of serving is efficient despite big crowd. And you would never thought there’s such a place in the middle of kilangs. Do expect papan house and the traditional kampung setup. The price charged is reasonable for the fish and lala.

A hidden and no frills place with great Chinese food. Excellent steam fish! Dishes not too salty in flavours but with great wok hei. Must try!!
