Very tasty! Super recommended! The price is very reasonable! The salted fish and flower pot are very delicious. It's a pity that I didn't get to eat the salt grilled fish. The employees are all foreigners, but they all speak Cantonese. Come again if you have a chance.

Food. 5 out of 6 dishes were DELICIOUS. So, generally tasty. Crispy pork belly with onions was tasty and crispy, salted egg tofu was creamy and full of umami, Taiwanese 3 cup chicken was tender and tasty, and even the claypot kangkung with pork lard was bursting with flavour. The yam ring with marmite spare ribs was also very good and the yam was quite light and fluffy. However, I still prefer the traditional fillings that go better with the yam ring instead of the spare ribs. The claypot brinjal with minced pork was also quite tasty and flavourful but you can give this as I feel there are better things on the menu unless you've been coming here a few times. The salt and pepper squid was the only dish that was not up to par. It was tough anc chewy, although the flavour was decent. Give the sambal sotong a try as my MIL has had that a few times and says it is delicious. Price. Price for 7 small dishes (overkill for 5 pax haha) came up to RM220+. Decent for such a tasty meal. Parking. Parking is limited. We reached around 12.15 on a Saturday and there were parking bays still available. By the time we left near 2pm, all had been filled up. Ambience. Apparently, you need to fill up the tables in the open air area before the restaurant opens up the air cond area. We were lucky to get the air cond area as the tables in the open air area had already been filled up haha. No booking is allowed, only walk-ins. If you have a big group, best to reach early.

This place is responsible for most of the traffic in the area after like 7pm. I get it though. The food is plenty edible and all the Chinese families in Klang Valley seem to be bringing all their descendants and loose change relatives with them every night for a feed. Can't complain about the price either, especially if shared between all your mates. One of our mates provided the fish for us that he fished yonks ago and just been languishing in his freezer, which might have made the price a bit cheaper. But how they cook the fish is pretty banging. Just don't ask me the names of the dishes here. I didn't order and I'm not cina enough to tell you.
