The "signature steamed" African fish is delicious, and it really lives up to its reputation. The oily wheat is also refreshing and delicious, and the taste of Hakka fried meat is a little weaker, but it is not bad. recommend.

We wanted to eat claypot chicken rice but it was closed but since we were already in SP we all agreed to eat at any nearby restaurant wherever we park! After a few turns we found a parking spot & a quick Google check brought us to this place which was packed with diners at dinner time. But we were lucky - a clean vacant table was waiting for us. We sat & quickly ordered steamed pak-soo-gong (white-whisker-grandpa) fish with fried ginger shavings, home-style crispy skin bean curd (it's their chew-pai-tau-foo (signboard-famous-beancurd) dish) and cheng-loong-choy (green-dragon-veg) with ngar-choy (bean-sprout) - restaurant boss recommended the veg dish and it's really, really very good & tasty. In fact, we had one of the best, good & tasty dinner in SP. The food came pretty fast despite the place being full. Rice came in a cauldron which practically made it free flow! We had took-shi-heong Chinese tea which was so-so when compared to better tea (similar) we had elsewhere the other night. The fish was steamed just right, the taufoo was heavenly and the vegetable to-die-for - and no we weren't paid for making this good review. Anyway it's a place worth going for a family dinner. And if you do, we hope you'll find the food good too. Ambience: we had to speak loudly to make ourselves heard as we had to compete with the din made by birds roosting in trees opposite the shop!
