Personally, I think sambal looks good, but the taste varies from person to person. I think it's a little sweet, but it's basically OK. As for his rice, I personally think the taste is a bit complicated. Maybe this is their signature taste, I think this rice tastes a bit like Hainanese chicken rice. Might suit some people's tastes. As for his curry chicken, it tastes a bit like dal and has its own taste. The only drawback is that it seems a bit stale. Especially his potatoes, which seemed a little undercooked, but also seemed to be spoiled after being harvested for a long time. Ikan bilis is very hard and cannot be eaten.
