Somehow, Nasi Lemak Tawaf seems to be out of the radar when it comes to being ranked. I guess lucky me as the Q is already long as is. On my List, they are definitely ranked Top 5. In fact, their Sotong is ranked #1 within Klang Valley to me. Only deterrent is that it cost rm4 per piece. Years ago, it was only rm1 per piece, shows you how long I have been dining here. And the funnels that they use for us to contain our bungkus, they have been using it for years. Really clever of them. Tip: during Puasa, they close & open way after Raya. Chinese New Year, they close too.

Absolutely stunt by the line of people at this place, according to an uncle who was behind me, he said that the place is famous for their nasi lemak ayam goreng and karipap. Boy he ain’t joking when it’s only 9am and the karipap had already sold out. Nasi lemak rice was fragrant and hot fluffy when the makcik handed me the funnel tray, sambal was bright red with with enough spice and sweetness. This is quickly becoming our favourite nasi lemak!

Nasi lemak tawaf is well known for people in sri petaling. Daytime the have nasi lemak with lots of variety side dish. Night time they have all fried menu including tomyam. Nice place and clean
